This work presents a comprehensive exploration of the interplay between organization and change through a structured framework. It begins with a theoretical reference framework, detailing approaches to understanding organizational transformation and the criteria for comparative analysis in this field. The first part highlights the significance of transformation as a fundamental aspect of organizations, setting the stage for subsequent discussions. In the second section, various organizational approaches are examined, including micro- and meso-/macro-organizational perspectives, emphasizing the role of motivation and functional conditions in organized systems. The third part focuses on change-oriented approaches, categorizing them based on their organizational relevance and strategic implications for evolutionary development. The fourth section addresses potential pitfalls in research related to organizational and change-centered approaches, offering strategies for overcoming these challenges.
