On the left bank of the Tensift, at the foot of the High-Atlas, between ice and sand lies the Moroccan city of Marrakesh. Part African, part Andalousian, the nine-hundred year-old city is at once dust and colour, ruin and splendour, music and scent... The city is incomparable to any other in the world.Today, thousands of visitors flock from all countries to taste the poetry and exotism of this beautiful Berber city. Many of those, intending to stay only a short while, were conquered by the land, decided to stay, and built their homes in Marrakesh.
