LESSONS LEARNED... Coordinating the publicity tour for Italy's most famous--and most adorable--chef was just the kind of assignment Juliet relished. Carlo Franconi could gather a crowd just by smiling, and watching him prepare a meal was like witnessing a lesson in passionate lovemaking.
