The Fragrance of the Lotus is a collection of daily teachings originally circulated among the members of the Lotus Sangha of World Social Buddhism—a community of several thousand practitioners living and working primarily in Europe, the Americas, and Asia—of which Great Dharma Master Ji Kwang is the "Chung Chong," or Supreme Matriarch. These daily teachings were intended to serve her immediate students as personal reminders of the meaning of unhindered clarity and compassion.
