NLP for Trainers

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) has been the subject of extensive development in recent years. This text, which assumes no prior knowledge of NLP, is intended to be of use as an introduction and a basic manual on NLP from the point of view of training and development. It identifies what benefits NLP may provide to the world of training and suggests how NLP can in turn draw on the problems and issues of training and development, adapting its techniques further in order to help trainers in a practical way.
