Can bad decisions make you a better person?Ruby bounces through the Midwestern 90’s working at things for a while, then quitting so she can “live a little.” Her jobs, her friendships, her boyfriends. Even her relationship with her mother; the person she learned it all from to begin with.She tends to run away. Her personal Get away from whatever it is before it decides to get away from you. But Ruby’s recent choices are catching up to her and she finds herself trapped. Caught between “pleasing Adam and charming the snake” will Ruby choose to truly live… at least a little?
