The authors of this book are students at Howard University Middle School of Math & Science in Washington, D.C. They have written short stories to showcase their knowledge of STEM, promote literacy among teenagers, and combat poverty. They have elected to have their share of the proceeds from this book donated to charities that break the cycle of food insecurity in Washington, D.C. Enjoy reading their short stories!
