The author utilizes postmodernist theory to analyze Cabala's role in deconstructing Renaissance authority and its impact on literary texts. Additionally, it discusses the decline of Cabala as a religious practice following the Sabbatian heresy, highlighting its transformation into a literary and theoretical framework.
