Focusing on the dynamics of isolated quantum systems, this thesis presents groundbreaking findings on localization without disorder, addressing a pivotal question in condensed matter physics. It introduces a new family of models linked to established condensed matter theories and employs both analytical and numerical methods to explore their non-equilibrium behavior. Additionally, it enhances the understanding of quantum chaos by calculating complex entanglement measures and correlators. The work includes a practical proposal for experimental implementation using existing technology.
