Focusing on the assessment of employee portals, this study explores their impact on communication, collaboration, and business processes within organizations. It develops a theoretical model identifying key determinants of employee portal success, based on existing information systems research. The author employs structural equation modeling to empirically test this model using survey data from a benchmarking study. Additionally, the book analyzes potential improvements in success dimensions, contributing valuable insights to the field of employee portal effectiveness.
