Good Man's Croft

Set in the upper Thames valley of England, the story follows David Mendy, born at the end of the nineteenth century. His life is intertwined with ancient customs and local legends, including a mysterious "good man's croft" associated with dark rituals and a family history linked to nearby stone ruins. As a child, David is cautioned against approaching these sites, believed to be under the influence of malevolent forces.
