The study investigates the crucial role of teachers as career and vocational counselors in secondary schools, emphasizing the need for enhanced guidance skills. Data was collected from male students, teachers, and head teachers in K.P.K. province, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods. Findings indicate that teachers must be trained in counseling techniques, and there is a significant demand for structured career counseling services to assist students in making informed decisions about their futures.
