Teacher' Role Commitment in Relation to Occupational Stress

The study examines the relationship between teachers' role commitment and occupational stress among 120 randomly selected educators from government and private schools in Moga district. Utilizing established tests for role commitment and occupational stress, the research employs descriptive statistics to analyze the data. Findings indicate a significant correlation between teachers' commitment to their roles and the level of occupational stress they experience, highlighting important implications for teacher well-being and effectiveness in the educational environment.
