Focusing on Change Management in Italian SMEs, this thesis investigates the key factors that drive successful initiatives within these enterprises. Employing a mixed-methods approach, it combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews from five diverse firms to explore effective strategies for enhancing sustainability and competitiveness. The research highlights the urgent need for tailored Change Management practices to support the unique challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses in Italy.
