Fudge returns to wreak havoc in Peter's life, planning to marry his brother's nemesis, Sheila Tubman. Peter's summer takes a turn for the worse when his parents decide to share a vacation house with the Tubmans, forcing him to endure three weeks with both Fudge and Sheila, whom he finds repulsive.
