English Pronunciation in L2 Instruction

Focusing on the significance of pronunciation in English language learning, this book explores secondary school learners' needs and motivations. It summarizes research on L2 pronunciation acquisition and teaching techniques, alongside findings from a longitudinal study in a Polish secondary school. The study reveals that learners view pronunciation as essential for effective communication and value accuracy.
