Focusing on ethnographic insights, this work provides a critical examination of managerial and HR practices within organizations. It explores the construction and implementation of strategies, highlighting decision-making processes through the lens of strategy-as-practice (SasP) and Actor-Network Theory. The chapters assess how procedures and policies are interpreted and deployed to align with organizational goals, offering richer descriptions that challenge conventional approaches. This unique perspective aims to guide researchers in applying these theories across various organizational contexts.
