Ice Drift

Set in 1868, the story follows fourteen-year-old Alika and his younger brother Sulu as they embark on a harrowing six-month journey after their ice floe breaks away from their Arctic island. Stranded and drifting south, the brothers confront extreme cold, the threat of starvation, and dangerous polar bears. Despite the overwhelming challenges and isolation, they cling to hope for rescue, showcasing their resilience and bond as they navigate the harsh realities of their predicament.
