Vinyl Me, Please specialize in curating record collections for members, as well as having their own record-of-the-month blog. They are, in their own words, the best damn record club there is, and this book teaches readers the basics in creating their own must-have collections. The book is broken up into different genres (rock, punk, jazz, world...) and presents the must-haves for your collection, with each record also having a list of 10 'If you like this, you'd love this...' suggestions so you can expand and explore your music interests, and is illustrated with record covers throughout. Much more than your average book on vinyl, this stylish tome also includes features such as what cocktails to drink with particular records, books to read that are referenced by particular records and much more. Because music isn't just something you listen to, it's a part of you.
