Renowned for reshaping Bengali literature and music, Rabindranath Tagore was a multifaceted artist whose work spanned poetry, prose, philosophy, and painting. His celebrated collection, Gitanjali, showcases his deeply sensitive and beautiful verse, earning him the distinction of being the first non-European Nobel Prize winner in Literature in 1913.
