WELL HANDICAPPED THREE YEAR OLDS 2019

Jon Gibby has reviewed the form of last year's lightly raced two-year-olds and has picked out those that he believes have been allotted potentially lenient official ratings ahead of their three-year-old campaigns. Full summaries for each selection explain why they have been selected and they include guidance on their likely distance and going preferences. The 2018 edition has so far produced 65 winners, including Landue who landed five handicaps and improved from an opening official rating of 61 to finish the season 28lbs higher on 89. Several big priced winners were found such as Diocletian 33/1, Kendergarten Kop 16/1 and Contrebasse 10/1. Since the book has been with the publishers one of this year's selections, Spirit Warning, has returned to action on the all-weather and has already won two handicaps at odds of 11/4 and 7/4.
