Drawing on the significance of public deliberation in African societies, this study presents a novel political philosophy that centers on this practice as a foundation for governance. Uchenna Okeja argues that public deliberation serves not only to resolve legal disputes and reconcile conflicts but also to foster societal harmony. This innovative approach seeks to reshape political discourse in Africa by emphasizing the cultural importance of collective dialogue and decision-making.
