This text focuses on how women as a culture have been brainwashed into believing that in order to be a good women, she needs to put everyone else's needs before her own. All women have been shamed and blamed since childhood and subjected to the whims and belief systems of men. The author aims to help women become the most that they can be in every aspect of their lives, seeking an equality with men that will benefit everyone.
