Viac o knihe
Ingeborg Lüscher has lived for many years in Ticino and with her multimedia approach, which covers installations, sculpture, painting, photography and video art, has emerged as one of the outstanding champions of contemporary art. Her art is known to a broad public thanks to her repeated presentations at the documenta in Kassel and the Venice Biennale as well as at countless exhibitions inside and outside Germany. In an extensive publication, masterpieces from all phases of her oeuvre are combined with new photo series presented for the first time. The dialectics of bright and dark described in the exhibition title is reflected in the choice of works, as images of astonishing sensual appeal and vitality mingle with others that are very thoughtful and touch us with their existential depth.
