Recent advancements in morphological and functional techniques for retinal examination have paved the way for a more integrative characterization of retinal structures in clinical settings. To enhance clinical practice, it is essential to efficiently register morphological and functional data and extract parameters, such as retinal layer thickness. This work introduces a novel software solution that enables comprehensive mapping of diverse ophthalmological data from established clinical examination devices, including fundus photography, optical coherence tomography, and various types of electroretinography. The software allows for the assessment of quantitative parameters related to visual status, such as vascular network structural properties, and integrates extraction functionalities. It features graphics hardware-accelerated semi-automatic image registration and a unique multi-modal mapping view for regional parameter extraction across different data sources. A detailed description of the software's functionality covers data management, visualization, and parameter extraction from both 2D and 3D retinal images, along with data export for statistical analysis. Its application in clinical studies highlights its usability and demonstrates its capacity to generate valuable insights into the functional impact of retinal pathology.
