The Merchant of Venice, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Hamlet and Julius Caesar are the two comedies and two tragedies in this collection. Set in Venice, Athens, Denmark and Rome they tell the stories of Antonio, a merchant and his friends; a night of magic and enchantments in the forest; of ghosts, madness and murder; and finally of power and betrayal.
