Suitability and application of selected tools of Strategic Management to Simulation Games (Global Management)

The thesis critically examines the application of essential management tools in a business simulation context. It focuses on three key frameworks: the Ansoff Matrix, Porter's Five Forces, and the Business Model Canvas. The first section provides a descriptive analysis of these tools, while the latter part applies them to the fictional company Xeltronics. This approach illustrates the practical relevance of these management strategies in enhancing decision-making within a simulated business environment.
