Stick

The story follows fourteen-year-old Stark McClellan, known as Stick due to his tall and thin stature, who faces bullying for having only one ear. Despite the support of his older brother Bosten, who stands up for him, the brothers struggle against the greater challenge of their abusive parents. The narrative explores themes of resilience, sibling loyalty, and the impact of familial dysfunction on young lives.
