Focusing on urban morphology, this book addresses the urgent issue of vanishing historical urban landscapes, particularly in developing countries. It introduces an integrated approach for analyzing urban form through its historical and socio-economic dimensions, aiming to enhance conservation and management strategies. The effectiveness of this methodology is illustrated through three diverse case studies: Ludlow, a medieval UK town; Chinatown in Singapore; and a historic quarter in Nanjing, China, showcasing its applicability across various cultural contexts.
