The Confession of Brother Haluin

In the winter of 1142, the monks of the Benedictine Abbey must repair their guest hall's roof after a snowfall. Brother Haulin suffers a near-fatal fall, leading to a deathbed confession. He survives and embarks on a journey of atonement with Brother Cadfael, uncovering dark secrets and murder along the way.
