Product-Oriented Environmental Management Systems (POEMS)

This book presents the findings of the EMAF Project, a collaboration among four Italian universities aimed at enhancing sustainability in the agri-food sector. It introduces a modular Product-Oriented Environmental Management System (POEMS) designed to help SMEs improve their environmental practices and meet stakeholder demands through innovative management tools.
