Progressing through models of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) to diagnosis and treatment, this volume presents a protocol for practitioners and students. It integrates tools from cognitive behavioral theory, mindfulness, acceptance-based therapy and motivational interviewing. Marker, director of the Anxiety Research and Treatment Clinic at the University of Miami, is joined here by Aylward, a doctoral student in clinical psychology.
