He claims to have exposed the truth about autoimmune diseases and presents dietary guidelines that will allow sufferers to achieve remission for longer periods of time. He writes that most of society has been brainwashed into believing nutritional myths because of the false dietary gudelines given to us by professional nutritioniststs. Volume 1 also presents scientific facts to disprove the big bang theory and to prove that Dr. Edwin Hubble's Redshift Light Theory is wrong.
