English Summary This indicated flaws in the process optimization led to the thesis on hand. An approach for the failure-based quality optimization of the manufactured finished parts was developed. This optimization aims at the detection of correlations between the quality of the finished parts and the related manufacturing data, using appropriate empirical analysis methods.
