Barroco latinoamericano y crisis contemporánea

This book aspires to make visible the immanent heterogeneity that constitutes Latin American Baroque within modernity: a space of experience, memory and future in which we can still recognize ourselves in many ways. It aims at exploiting the critical and transformative potential of „the Baroque“ (updated by the prefix „neo-“) in Latin America, pointing to answers to the civilizational crisis that Western humanity is going through.
