No voice but violence

Nagieb Khaja offers a deeply personal account of the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan. Through his trips and stories we get to follow his beginnings in journalism and how he became an international correspondent and documentary lm maker. We travel from Denmark back to his ancestral land in eastern Afghanistan. We hear about its urban centres as well as the hinterlands, but through his balanced account that feels no need to judge, but rather seeks to understand and explore, we see him puzzling together some of the answers to questions that surround the raging conflict. Whyare so many Afghans dissatisfied with their government, and why do they take up weapons to fight it?
